The first days home are critical. These 10 steps are your survival checklist for a successful re-entry.
A Message from Heather
"These first ten steps? They're the foundation. I've walked this path myself, and I know how overwhelming it can feel. But you don't have to do it all today. Just pick one step. Then another. Before you know it, you'll look back and see how far you've come."
