The Platform is a peer recovery, wellness, and personal growth support tool. It is not a medical provider, licensed counselor, or emergency service. Features and content may evolve, expand, or change over time without prior notice. Doing The Impossible LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Prohibited User Conduct

• You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or extract any platform content, data, design, or code
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of this Platform
• You may not share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account to another person
• You may not use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• You may not misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• You may not upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, methodologies, designs, branding, and materials on this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Doing The Impossible LLC, protected under United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. 5. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Platform, including stories, messages, profile information, and community posts. You warrant that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights. Doing The Impossible LLC may review, remove, or moderate any user-submitted content at its sole discretion.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of this Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. No Emergency Services

This Platform is NOT an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, call 911 or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 immediately. The Platform does not provide real-time crisis intervention.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Doing The Impossible LLC makes no guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of Platform content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doing The Impossible LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Doing The Impossible LLC. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
